About Us

Black Wallstreeter

Black Wallstreeter Consultation Services was started by the father and son team, Kevon and Kamari Chisolm. The primary purpose of Black Wallstreeter is to assist individuals with increasing their wealth by creating investment clubs.

Junior Wallstreeters provides financial literacy products and services specifically designed to decrease the wealth gap between individuals and families from historically disadvantaged backgrounds and whites. These products and services are presented within the context of history, race, and cultural relevance for the 21st century.

Kevon L. Chisolm, Esq. brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the novice and experienced investment club members. For more than 15 years, he has earned a reputation for providing skilled and practical guidance and leadership as president of Umoja Investments, LLC. During his tenure as president, Umoja has accumulated over $300,000 in cash and securities, notwithstanding withdrawals by club members.

Kevon recently created Stock Tracker by Wallstreeter. It is a pocket journal geared towards helping people that are new to investing learn how to track their securities.  Many psychological studies have determined that the best way for people to learn is by writing things down and reviewing this information periodically.  Stock Tracker is the perfect tool for learning about investing and how the stock market works.

A native of Newark, New Jersey, Kevon is a 1997 graduate of Seton Hall University Law School. He also earned a Master’s Degree with Honors in African American Studies at Yale University in 1994. He was awarded a Baccalaureate Degree in Economics from Drew University in 1991. Kevon’s passion is uplifting and forwarding the African American community through knowledge of self and wealth building.
